All parcels in the Pinedale Shores county plat maps are in the association as recorded in 1955 in Map Book 4, pages 25 - 25N. The Developer's agreement (covenants) was recorded 26 December 1957: “…members shall be limited to the property owners of Pinedale Shores, said property owners being designated as any property owner owning a lot or lots included in the recorded maps of the Pinedale Shores subdivision as shown by the records in the office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama.” The recorded plat maps referred to are available on this site under PSPOA Documents, PSPOA Plat Maps.
2024 Annual Dues are $40 for each vacant parcel and $75 for each parcel with a house.
- Annual Dues are due 1 June: There is an automatic $15 late fee effective for each parcel on 1 July 2024.
